Pakistan beat Zimbabwe by 131 runs to complete a 5-0 series whitewash over Zimbabwe on Sunday in the fifth and final match at Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.

Opening batsman Fakhar Zaman became Pakistan’s fastest player in history to reach 1,000 career runs in one-day international cricket.

Zaman broke the previous record of 21 innings held by five players, Viv Richards, Kevin Pietersen, Jonathan Trott, Quinton de Kock and team-mate Babar Azam.

On another record third century in the 5-match series created by opener Imam-ul-Haq.

Result: Pakistan won by 131 runs

Series: Pakistan won, 5-0.
