England’s Joe Root stunning unbeaten century helps England beat India by eight wickets in the third and final One-Day International (ODI) at the Headingley cricket ground on Tuesday and a 2-1 series win.

Virat Kohli became the fastest to 3000 one-day international runs as captain, just taking 49 innings while AB de Villiers (60 innings), MS Dhoni (70 innings), Sourav Ganguly (74 innings), Greame Smith and Misbah-ul-Haq (83 innings) and Sanath Jayasuriya and Ricky Ponting (84 innings).
