N’Golo Kante insists his move from Leicester to Chelsea.  The defensive midfielder joined from Caen last summer for £6m and went on to make 40 appearances in Leicester’s Premier League-winning campaign.

He has turned his back on the Premier League champions to move to Stamford Bridge in a deal thought to be worth around £32million. Kante, 25, was part of the France squad that reached the final of Euro 2016. N’Golo Kante’s performances for Leicester have earned him a move to Chelsea.

He was named on the six-man shortlist for the PFA Players’ Player of the Year award. He told the club’s official website, “I am so happy to have signed for one of the biggest clubs in Europe. It’s a dream come true for me.”
